Payment Methods – Delivery – Shipping Costs
– Credit card payment: The online store www.terragreek.com accepts PayPal payments.
– Parcels are shipped via a courier company, which delivers to the postal address provided by the customer when placing their order at www.terragreek.com. If the parcel arrives at its destination open, tampered with, or mishandled, the customer has the right to refuse delivery and payment.
Withdrawal / Return – Product Replacement
You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement
a) in all cases where, due to proven fault of www.terragreek.com, incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in order receipt, invoicing, shipping, damaged during transport, poor packaging)
b) in all cases where there was a proven problem or defect in the product.
In all these cases, the customer has the option either not to accept delivery of the product from the outset or, after receiving it, to return the product within 20 calendar days of the date of delivery, after contacting the website www. terragreek.com to report the problem and obtain prior agreement for its return. In any case, the products must be returned in perfect condition, in the condition in which they were received by the customer, complete, without damage, and with the product packaging that normally accompanies the product. In this case, you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products. If the problematic products are not returned within 20 calendar days, then www.terragreek.com may not accept any return or replacement. Before any return, it is recommended that you consult with the online store www.terragreek.com.
Order cancellation
If you have placed your online order but the product has not been shipped, you can cancel it by sending a cancellation email to info@terragreek.com with the order details.
